Schedule a free 15 minute consultation call where you can get to know me a little bit and I get a feel for what you are currently experiencing. If you feel we are a good fit we can schedule the first session.

During the first session I will gather more information about you in order to  work collaboratively to create a tailored treatment plan for your needs.

Together we will continue to work towards your personal goals. We will continually check in about progress. 

My goal is that you end up leaving counseling feeling empowered and enabled to move forward to meet the challenges in your life.

My current rate is $140 per 55 minute session. If a full rate fee would inhibit you from getting services, please inquire about my sliding scale option. 

I am currently accept Aetna, United Healthcare and Kaiser. I am working to be approved with Cigna soon. Please check back to see if your insurance will be accepted.

I am an approved provider for the Crime Victim Compensation program in Jefferson County.
